Q: How do I acquire an exhibitor contract?
A: You must request one from show management.  Email us at admin@GatewayToyShow.com.

Q: If I am a 2012 exhibitor, when will I receive my 2013 contract in the mail?
A: Exhibitors in good standing with show management will receive a 2013 exhibitor contract in September of 2012.


Q: Who is in charge of assigning rooms and exhibitor tables?
A: Show management has absolute authority to assign rooms and tables.


Q: What are my chances of entering the show as an exhibitor?
A: Although we maintain a 95 percent exhibitor return rate, we will make every effort to include new exhibitors in our show.


Q: When is the deadline for returning our contract with payment?
A: November 1, 2012
